Return or Exchange policy
We at Amore Couture have simple Return and Exchange Policies. Kindly read ahead if you would like to learn more about the process:
We highly recommend you to confirm your desired size with our team over whatsapp or Instagram DM, before placing an order. Our team will be at your service to guide you through the size selection process and after the order placement, will call to confirm size, product and delivery details before dispatching your products.
Our triple quality control check ensures optimum quality of the products supplied. However, if you receive a damaged product by any rare chance, you can ask us for an exchange for a fresh piece.
We do not offer returns.
We only offer Size Exchanges subject to availability.
- You need to place the exchange request with us within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
- Order must first be delivered and the address of the receipient should be in India.
- Our team might ask for a snapshot of the product if you have received a damaged product.
- Our team will get back to you at the earliest hour, but in case there is a delay due to any reason, your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from our team, please pack the items to be returned with the original packaging and invoice.
- Please make sure the items are packed securely, are unused, unwashed, with original tags.
- Following items cannot be returned : Swimwear, Innerwear, Lingerie, Jewellery, Accessories (Except Bags, Scarves and Mermaid Blankets) and also items that specifically say "Non-Returnable"
- The cost of the returns are to be borne by the customers only.
- The Customer is requested to self ship the products to us and use a reliable courier service.
- Please ensure the postal address for exchange is securely posted on the return package.
- Once your package is received by us, we will check the package and reach out to you for any discrepancy.
- Any sign of usage or tampering of the product will give us the right to refuse the exchange request of the product.
- The Exchanged item can only be dispatched after the receipt of the original products back to our team.
- We will provide you with a Coupon Code to be used on your next purchase for the amount of the exchange which can be used within 12 months from the date of issuance of the Coupon Code.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the product, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a Coupon Code of the same amount.
